Mackenzie has been an absolute DREAM to work with since day one. I knew once I found out I was pregnant, I wanted to prioritize my strength and fitness in a safe and sustainable way - Mackenzie was actually the first person I told I was pregnant, and she agreed to keep the secret until I was ready to share! More than an expert, she’s a great friend. Since that day, she has gone above and beyond to provide trimester-specific workouts (both in-person, and home workouts once COVID-19 hit) that have empowered me to consistently make the choice to stay active in my pregnancy an easy one. For me, it’s been such a gift to feel confident and strong in an ever-changing body during my first pregnancy, and I owe it all to Mackenzie. I’m 34 weeks now and have been able to avoid any back or hip pain, which my OB, RMT and wonderful husband (also a physician) attributes to me being physically STRONG throughout my pregnancy. I plan to continue Mackenzie’s workouts until the baby is born, and look forward to working with her postpartum! Whether you’re expecting or not, Mackenzie is your woman!
