I’ve been working from home since covid hit and it’s the perfect mid day break and such a good full body workout with warmup, workout and cool down all in 30 minutes so there’s no excuse not to do it! Weights are optional if you have them but if you don’t like me a pair of soup cans or wine bottles does the trick! Can’t wait to see the progress I make in another few months!”
